In keeping with the values of Saint Joseph's College, rooted in the teachings of Jesus Christ and the heritage of the Sisters of Mercy, the Division of Graduate and Professional Studies is proud to offer quality, accredited degrees in theological and pastoral studies. Master's students who do not have an undergraduate theological degree require a prerequisite of 6 credits of undergraduate religious study in theology, religious studies or pastoral studies or the equivalent through a combination of course work and experiential learning. A maximum of 3 credits may be awarded for experiential learning, which is defined as substantive learning (a minimum of 60 clock hours) through church or diocesan sponsored training. Courses include:
