The University of Cincinnati Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management (BS HIM) distance learning program is designed to improve your knowledge and skills for continued professional growth. The BS HIM online program is designed for the working professional, and schedules courses sequentially in a prescribed plan that keeps you on pace to complete your degree in 2 1/4 years. You are assigned to a small group led by an HIM instructor who provides academic guidance and professional preparation. Each week you interact with your instructor and fellow students through a variety of online communication tools such as message boards, chat sessions and e-mail.
